Cancellations
We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require a cancellation. Out of respect for our therapists time , we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or amendments to an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
Arrival
Our therapist will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure the best service and experience, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, please call the salon to let us know you are going to be late. We may need to abbreviate or reschedule your reservation.
Walk-Ins
The best way is to book in advance. The availability is limited, you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment.
Guests
Seating in our reception area is limited, therefore, we ask that you not bring company with you to your appointment. Our salon is reserved for clients receiving services. Non-appointed guests will not be allowed beyond the reception area.
Client
Massage therapy involves the use of touch, and may at times include the use of oils, lotions, or creams. Coming to your session with a clean body is imperative for the health and safety of both the client and massage therapist. Personal hygiene is mutually respected on both the part of the client and the massage therapist. Arrive to the treatment with proper hygiene to reduce the chance of cross contamination. We reserve our right to reschedule or cancel your reservation.
The client will refrain from alcohol and/or drug use for at least 12 hours prior to the massage session. If you are taking or have taken prescription drugs for pain management or anti-inflammatory purposes in the past 12 hours, please notify the massage therapist prior to the sessions beginning for re-scheduling.
Informed Consent
Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with us you will be asked to sign the treatment consent form stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures. Clients who we have not seen for at least a year may also be asked to fill out this form.
Existing and New Medical Conditions
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued.
The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.
Child Safety Policy
We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests. Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. for safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 18 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Clients 18 years or younger must be accompanied by and have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Confidentiality and Conversation
We treat all client visits and conditions as confidential. As such, we will not discuss your visit with anybody outside of our staff without your express permission.
You may choose to talk not talk during the massage. Conversation will be guided by the client’s direction.
Jewelry & Personal Items
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewelry, phones, and accessories.
Client property/belongings; it is your responsibility as the owner to make sure that anything you bring into the salon with you is looked after, we take no responsibility for any goods that are lost or damaged in the salon, unless it is damaged by a member of staff due to carelessness, anything left in the salon we will do our best to contact anyone we believe may be the owner, all items left in the salon, are kept for a period of 8 weeks before they are disposed of.
Forms of Payment
We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Cash, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept any other payments or personal checks.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Gift Cards / Offers
Gift cards and Paid Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, no cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and Paid Offers are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Any Gift cards and Paid Offers are available 6 months.
